At Poetry In Notion, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
However, if you are not entirely happy with your digital product, please review our refund policy.
1. 15-Day Refund Policy for Digital Products
We offer a 15-day refund policy on all digital products purchased from Poetry In Notion. If you are unsatisfied with your digital purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. After 15 days, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange unless there were mitigating circumstances; which will be considered on a case by case basis.
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

2. Proof of Purchase Requirement
To complete your refund, we require a receipt number or other proof of purchase.
This can be in the form of an email confirmation, receipt number or other documentation that verifies your purchase of our digital product.
Please include this information when contacting us to request a refund.
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund within five business days.
The refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive an email notification confirming that the refund has been issued.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within ten business days from receiving our refund confirmation, we recommend taking the following steps:
