FREEDOM FIGHTER by R HILL
R Hill conceived of the poem, Freedom Fighter, in his mid forties while walking his dearly beloved dog and best friend, Snazzy.
Snazzy had an independent spirit that loved to be free from her leash and go wherever she wanted; which made R Hill wonder if people had a leashes too.
While writing Freedom Fighter, R Hill imagined a punk rock type of vibe that would spark a revolution of people reclaiming their sovereignty.
A decade later the poem became an anthem for his own spiritual independence and he imagined a video of everyday people becoming super heroes.
